Responsibilities
Operational procurement of materials, components, and services for the production of our sewer inspection systems, both domestically and internationally
Ensuring timely material availability in close collaboration with the relevant departments
Obtaining comparative quotes and negotiating delivery times, quantities, and costs
Order processing, including monitoring delivery dates
Maintaining and expanding supplier relationships, as well as selecting and qualifying new suppliers
Maintaining supplier and product master data in the ERP system
Qualifications
Technical or commercial vocational training with experience in operational purchasing in a medium-sized company
Good basic technical understanding and experience in procuring mechanical and electronic components, assemblies, and drawing parts
Experience in dealing with suppliers in a medium-sized company environment and strong negotiation skills
Familiarity with ERP systems and standard MS Office applications
Self-motivation, structured work style, and organizational skills
