Responsibilities
Primary contact for our customers and international trading partners regarding all product and application-related questions, including technical support
Processing and follow-up of inquiries and quotations
Practical and sales-oriented presentation of our products and services to dealers and customers, as well as at events, seminars, and trade fairs domestically and internationally
Conducting customer/operator training and providing on-site support for application issues
Independent coordination of vehicle handovers and acceptance at the factory
Active involvement in the organization and execution of trade fairs, exhibitions, and sales events
Qualifications
Technical apprenticeship with several years of professional experience – career changers are welcome!
Experience in servicing or selling technically sophisticated products is an advantage
Enjoyment in working with customers and a professional demeanor
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Driver's license class B (ideally C1/C1E)
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 50% per year, primarily in the DACH region)
