What data is processed on our website?

Collection of general information when visiting our website

If you contact us to request a quote, the data entered in the contact form will be processed to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

Newsletter

Your data will be processed for the purpose of delivering the subscribed newsletter by e-mail. To receive the newsletter, we require a valid e-mail address. In order to verify that a subscription is actually made by the owner of an e-mail address, we use the “double-opt-in” procedure. For this purpose, we track the order of the newsletter, the sending of a confirmation mail and the receipt of the response requested herewith.

The processing of this data is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your expressly given consent.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for the dispatch of the newsletter at any time with effect for the future. You will find a corresponding link in each newsletter. Application form

The data you enter will be processed for the purpose of internal applicant management. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide various data such as your e-mail address, name, address and telephone number.

The processing of this data is carried out on basis of your expressly given consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO, or Art. 88 para. 1 DSGVO in conjunction with § 26 BDSG.

Applicants who cannot be considered for a specific job advertisement have the option of including their application in the applicant pool so that they can be considered for subsequent vacancies. This is carried out on the basis of your expressly given consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO or Art. 88 para. 1 DSGVO in conjunction with § 26 BDSG. For underage applicants who have not yet reached the age of 16, a declaration of consent from their parents or legal representatives is required for this.

You can request information about the scope, origin and recipients of the stored data and its correction free of charge at any time. After one year of inactivity of your profile at the latest, the data you have provided will be automatically deleted, unless you have agreed to be included in the applicant pool. Earlier deletion is possible at your request at any time.

 

How long do we store your data?

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the fulfilment of its purposes. This is generally the case for the data used to provide the site when the session is over.

In the case of the storage of log files, this occurs after 14 days at the latest. Additional storage is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are anonymized, so that an assignment of the client calling is no longer possible.
